2026 Castro Valley Car Show

DAY OF EVENT – PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS

All participant vehicles must follow these instructions for entry and staging.
There are no exceptions.

Preregistered Vehicle Check-In

Location: 3 Crosses Church
Address: 20600 John Dr., Castro Valley, CA 94546

All preregistered vehicles must begin at 3 Crosses Church.

Check-in is strictly assigned by Section Color.
Each color section has its own arrival window and designated departure time from 3 Crosses Church. These times vary by section and must be followed exactly as printed on your ticket.

Your ticket will list:

Section Color
Assigned Check-In Time
Assigned Departure Time

Please arrive only during your assigned window.
Early or late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Vehicles will be staged and released according to section color and scheduled departure times.

Car clubs and groups wishing to park together must:

Purchase tickets in the same section color
Arrive together during that section’s assigned window

Sections are limited. Vehicles in different color sections will not be able to park together.

Pre-Parked Vehicles (Downtown Placement)

Vehicles assigned to pre-park locations must:

Arrive at their designated gate entrance between 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
Be ready for immediate placement
Follow all volunteer and traffic control instructions

Pre-parked vehicles do not stage at 3 Crosses Church.

Gift bags and T-shirts for pre-parked vehicles must be picked up at the Rotary Booth on Castro Valley Boulevard.

Release to Show Area

Vehicles staging at 3 Crosses Church will be released by section color and departure time.

Participants must:

Obey all traffic laws
Follow volunteer direction
Not block intersections
Maintain safe vehicle spacing

Show Area Entrances

There are three entrances into the show area:

Castro Valley Boulevard
Wilbeam Avenue
Santa Maria Avenue

Green Section vehicles will enter exclusively via Santa Maria Avenue.

Event Hours

11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Downtown Castro Valley Boulevard

Sponsor and community booths, entertainment, and food will be available throughout the event.

Awards Ceremony

4:00 PM
Main Stage – Santa Maria Avenue

Sponsor Awards and Best in Show will be presented.

Exiting the Show

Directed exiting will begin at approximately 5:15 PM.

Please follow volunteer instructions for a safe and orderly departure.
